Tokyo Olympics 2020 is over but what about Paris 2024??

My heartiest congratulations to every player who made it to the Olympics participated and gave his/her best at this stage.

Thanks to every player (#neerajchopra, #mirabaichanuwinsmedal, #ravikumardahiya, #Bajrangpunia, #pvsandhu, #hockeyindia, #lovelina, #) who contributed to 7 medal tally of India in Olympics (best ever by us).

Now started raining of cash rewards to these players by governments, departments, and industries. Good!! It is required.

But for a nation, which is at the verge of becoming the most populated nation on the planet, securing just 7 medals with a position of 48th in the medal tally, is it an achievement?

Where are we lagging? Why can't we do the introspection both at the administrative level and root level? #sportsminitry, #anuragthakur , #primeministerofindia and other state governments.

Why can't the other state governments and industries take responsibility for at least one sport like the one (Hockey) facilitated by the #Orissagovernment, #NaveenPatnaik? So that our sportsperson shall concentrate on improving techniques to excel in the sport, and not the worry of earning the livelihood. #sports #india #leadership #training #skills #coaching #stage #success

Kindly come forward and do something for Players, for Sports, and for the Nation. Do rigorous work right from today and not from the time when Olympics will be on the verge

Only 3 years are remaining to go for #ParisOlympics. All the best to every player who is aiming for 2024. #sport

CAREER IN SPORTS

As you all know, Tokyo 2020 Olympics is towards the final week. Like every Olympics, this time also we (India) are waiting for how many medals can we be able to grab.

Till now, only 2 Medal, 1 Silver (thanks to Chanu in Weight-lifting) and another by Sindhu (in Badminton). One in Boxing (69 kg category by Lovlina) will be decided on the 4th of August.

One more piece of good news is from the Hockey, in which both the Men and Women's teams have entered the semi-final of the event. History is waiting to be written, and I hope that it will be written.

So, let us come to the topic that is a career in sports. With the increase in the sports infrastructure and opportunities in various sports esp. Cricket, Hockey, Badminton, Wrestling, Kabbadi, Football, and Shooting; India is going to be a sports country.

Also, Indian and state governments are taking sports seriously and a few sports universities have been incorporated in various states of the nation. (National Sports University - Wikipedia)

If you have the passion, interest, or even play causally, but are not sure about what to do. Then just take my advice. TAKE SPORTS SERIOUSLY. If you play seriously, and do hard and focused training, then you can thrive to excel in the sporting event. You can make the NATION (MOTHER INDIA) proud.

JUST TAKE A FEW STEPS TOWARDS THIS CAREER.
